Kim is a global executive leader, humanitarian, philanthropist, mentor, mental-health advocate, and Global Peace Ambassador whose life and leadership are grounded in one belief: when we rise, we have a responsibility to reach back and help others rise with us.
From humble beginnings and an immigrant journey shaped by resilience, reinvention, and perseverance, Kim went on to build a global executive career spanning more than three decades. She has led complex transformation and modernization initiatives, managed significant global portfolios, and led teams across multiple countries and industries.
Yet among all her professional accomplishments, one of the achievements closest to her heart is the creation of SCABA — Strong, Confident, Authentic, Bold and Advocacy.
SCABA was born from lived experience. Kim understands what it means to enter unfamiliar rooms, overcome adversity, find your voice, and build a new path when the road ahead is not always visible. She created the platform to help women and young people — particularly those navigating immigration, career transitions, leadership, adversity, and personal reinvention — see the art of possibility in their own lives.
Through mentorship, coaching, advocacy, community engagement, and mental-health awareness, Kim has supported hundreds of women and young people in finding their confidence, strengthening their voices, and recognizing what may be possible when someone believes in them.
For Kim, success is not simply about how far you climb. It is about how many people you bring with you.
